Presence Agent is a personal automation application. This policy explains how Google user data may be accessed and used.

Information accessed

Presence Agent may request access to Google Workspace services only when needed for a feature and only after the user grants permission through Google OAuth.

Depending on enabled features, this may include Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Sheets, or other Google Workspace data.

How data is used

Google user data is used only to provide user-requested automation features, such as checking calendar events, identifying job-related emails, extracting structured information, or updating a user-controlled spreadsheet.

Data sharing

Presence Agent does not sell Google user data and does not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

Storage

Presence Agent is intended primarily as a locally operated personal automation system. Data may be stored locally or written to destinations chosen by the user, such as a spreadsheet or local database.

OAuth credentials and refresh tokens may be stored in the user's local application configuration to maintain authorized access.

Google API Limited Use

Presence Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The user can revoke Presence Agent's Google account access at any time through their Google Account security settings.
